About Me

I am a wife, mother of 3, and therapist. I have lived in Holland, Michigan since 2012. My husband and I planted the Boulevard Church in 2018 and together we have been striving to live with intention, simplicity, and a strong sense of community.

I believe in a holistic approach to mental health and wellness.

Our overall wellness depends on many factors including our mind, body, spirit, and home. I am passionate about this connection; however, I know this isn’t always first nature to many–it wasn’t to me. But when I began learning that my health and happiness was tied to more than quick fixes and circumstantial changes, I embarked on a journey to lasting peace.

I consider myself a coach to assist you in cultivating a peaceful space for your life to flourish.

Don’t confuse a peaceful place with a perfect space. Perfection is neither sustainable or enjoyable. I’m more interested in working with you to cultivate a mindset and systems that are realistic, beautiful, and unique to you—habits that provide comfort rather than restriction.

I have a Master’s degree in Social Work, along with a certificate in Holistic Health and Wellness, as well as a coaching certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
